Second visiting training session was held from 11th to 15th December 2017 at The Institute of Economics, Zagreb. Prof Anthony Arundel from UNU-MERIT delivered an intermediate mini-course on survey design and implementation. The course provided instructions on how to design and implement a survey, from initial preparation to data editing.
This course was followed by a mini-workshop on simple methods to illustrate and analyse geographic information in household survey data geographic facilitated by Stephan Dietrich. The aim of the workshop was to enable participants to answer a research question based on the merged geographical data.
